Sisters of St. Joseph of the Third Order of St. Francis

Associates

Associates are women and men who are in a formal, on-going relationship with us. In relationship we, Sisters of St. Joseph of the Third Order of St. Francis, and Associates live out our baptismal call in the context of a Franciscan spirituality. Associates join us in our local community meetings, congregational gatherings, assemblies, and celebrations. Together we share our gifts, talents, prayer, and time in support of one another and in the building of the Kingdom.

Associates are responsible for their own finances and means of living. They do not "leave" anything to become an Associate. Rather, who they are and what they do are the gifts that they bring to the Associate Relationship. Associates may be single, married, or widowed adult women and men who want to walk with us on life's journey.

Associates further the charism of the sisters in their own families and work environments, and may also participate with sisters in their chosen ministries.
