I choose to see the good in every situation and in every person;

the good that could be, if. . .

the good that was missed, because . . . .

the good that will come, when . . .

This I choose.

I choose to hear God's voice;

in the noise of everyday life.

in the confusion of different opinions,

within my own stillness.

This I choose.

I choose to run into life, not away from it;

into the hard conversations.

into challenging relationships.

into decisions that change everything.

This I choose.

I choose to embrace all people within and beyond my reach,

especially those who are avoided.

especially those who are offensive.

especially those who feel alone.

This I choose.

I choose to be a person,

who inspires others,

who holds no judgment,

who lets go. . . to give all.

This I choose.

I choose to be a light to the world,

illuminating paths that have been missed,

igniting souls with hope,

radiating God's Goodness to all.
